ACDI/VOCA’s headquarters is located in downtown Washington, D.C., just west of Union Station at the foot of Capitol Hill. We occupy the 6th, 10th and 11th floors of 50 F St. NW, between New Jersey Ave. and North Capitol Street, next to Kelly’s Irish Times. Street and garage parking are available nearby. The area is also served by Metro as indicated below.
By Metro
ACDI/VOCA is only five minutes from Union Station on Metro's Red Line. Exit the train platform using the escalators marked “Shops.” Coming up the second of two sets of escalators, reverse direction and walk a short distance south (toward the front of Union Station and the U.S. Capitol) to the corner of Massachusetts Ave. and 1st St. NE. (The Columbus Circle plaza, which is in front of the station, will be on your left.) Head downhill, to your right, on Massachusetts Ave., crossing in front of the Capital City Brewing Co. and the National Postal Museum. At the end of the block turn left on N. Capitol St. NW to cross Mass. Ave. Immediately turn right and walk approx. half a block west on F St. NW—our building will be on your left.
By Car
(keep in mind that we are on a one-way street that accommodates west-to-east traffic)
Coming from Virginia
Take I-395 north and use the U.S. Capitol Exit. Take the D St. NW ramp. Turn right onto D St. NW. Turn left onto 1st St. NW. Turn right onto F St. NW—the building will be on your right.
Coming from Maryland (I-95)
Take I-95 south. Continue on I-95 south as it merges with 495. Take Exit 22B toward Washington on the Baltimore-Washington Pkwy. Merge onto MD-295 S. Take MD-295 south for approximately 5 miles. Merge onto US-50 west/New York Ave. NE toward Washington (crossing into the District of Columbia). Turn left onto 1st St. NE. 1st St. NE becomes Columbus Circle NE. Turn right onto E St. NE and right again onto New Jersey Ave. NW. Turn right onto F St. NW—the building will be on your right.
